Usually it doesn't bother me when there is a change in the game, but this button, constant with a red 1 in it, while there is nothing to do or read for me, is bothering me to pieces...

Unnecessary, bothersom, ugly, useless.

Sorry to hear that. We're not seeing a red 1 on the news button. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that will eliminate the red 1? Please let us know.

The red number stay there until you force close the game, when you go in just to see what activity has been done and come back out it stays until you force close it
