I have a boost going for 1.5x points. I just finished hatching a Freezel for 18 hours. I only received 15 points. Shouldn't it be 18x4+10 because it's rare?

And I also just finished breeding what I think is a terradactyl for 22 hours and got zilch for it.

Hi there! Unfortunately, there is only one pop-up - the one you saw for 10 Points for hatching and placing a Freezel (10 Leaderboard points for Rare creature). If you looked at your HUD icon with the total Leaderboard points, you will see that you gained much more than 10 points for the hours you waited to hatch a creature.

I actually saw 15, not 10. That's what confused me because I couldn't find a reason I would get 15. And I never see individual pop ups for the bonuses on breeding/hatching. It's always a total. Thanks for your response.

Oh! I believe you saw 15 from your 1.5X Boost.

Yeah, right now the game does not allow multiple pop-ups, but you do get your Points total in the HUD icon :)
