Weird egg image? Bug?

I have a Thunder Mammoth in the nest for the Libra zodiac goal.

This is what I see on my account. Not the first time I get this, doesn't cause any problems, animal hatches fine. I relaunch the game and same thing. Just odd.

Was this the same picture when you got this previously? Can you try to clear cache on your device? (Clear cache on iOS device - go to Safari in Settings app on iOS device and click [Clear History and Website Data].) Not sure if it's the game or your device... Please let me know how it goes for you. Thank you for bringing this up.

It's like a baby nest lol. Well, hatched it before I could clear the cache as you suggested. I've been playing the game since it was released and this has happened about 4-5 times. Btw, this is on an iPhone 4 and I do have the last game update. Also, the game works fine just a little slow.

First time it happened I thought I had gotten some super ultra rare animal LOL. Like I said everything works fine just strange but kinda cool.
