Cannot breed with Hercules(electric earth).

I just found this happen, I cannot use Hercules, trying breed thunder mammoth for Libra Animal quest.
I cannot breed with Hercules(electric earth) level 15.

It doesn't show up on the list when I open breeding two animals' menu.
however Mrs. Potter(electric earth) level 15 can use for breeding.
