In game purchases missing.

Hello. Yesterday I purchased a value pack of building materials for $4.99, however it is not showing up in my game. I do have a copy of the receipt if needed.

I hope I'm posting this in the right place, I emailed support yesterday, but haven't heard anything back.

I am sorry this happened! There is limited support over the weekend.
An support agent should be responding soon. I would suggest that you reply back to your automatic email and go ahead and send a copy of your receipt.

(In the meantime, keep force closing your game, the pack may show up)
