I am connected to Game Center and it shows I have completed all achievements as I am on level 547 but in game I'm on level 2

I am also unable to play my current game on my new phone, very annoying

Can you do the following?

1. force shut your game
2. log unto Game Center
3. start game

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart game

I would get Bakery Story on old phone, login/setup storm8id with password, then download it on new phone and login with storm8id, it'll show you the storm8 games found with that user and which doubles you want to use - this also works with dragon story and restaurant story and a few others with login feature - also works on android this way. Found this out the hard way. (The difference is when hit storm8 button, Userid at top of list will actually be clickable to edit/settings.)

I changed my device too.
Since then I cannot play Frozen Mania...
Other Storm8 games I have are all ok.
The levels maintained.
It says I'm not connected to internet,
Which I am ?? Any way I should fix this?

Can you restart your device and start only Frozen Mania without starting other apps and see if you're able to get in? Please check that your device has plenty of space as well. Hope you're able to get into your game.

Thank you but, no it didn't work.
My device is iPhone7 128GB so I think I have space?

Any other suggestions?
I love this game... I miss it
My level was 300 something so I would prefer to stay in the same level

Sorry, I went thru here and I have same problem. Playing Frozen Mania and not able to log in into the Strom8 ID in new device.

Using Android 6.0.1.

I have downloaded baker story and in that game I was able to log in into my StormId. So solved.
