Probably will miss out on this one too if the breeding was as rigged as previous black hybrid dragons - Black Hole, Bonfire, Circuit, etc.

Got a couple Genies so far. A Seer. Lots of Mists. Anyone get this beauty yet? I've tried Diamond and Emberglow, Sunshower and Thai, Sunshower and Emberglow, Thai and Tigerfly.. but nothing great so far. Any suggestions?

I have been trying for this since it came out. No luck. And no other black hybrids either. Has anyone bred this or gotten any black hybrid fails? I know there was a bug a while back about black always splitting. Not sure if it was ever addressed or fixed. I welcome any pairing suggestions. I've used Prime Eternal/ Sunshower, Diamond/Venemous and Shadow/Venemous.

I just got a Summer Elf fail (also black-yellow) using Emberglow and Diamond. Very happy to have Summer Elf; I tried for ages to get it and gave up. :-)

I got Honeycomb after Summer Elf, also using Emberglow and Diamond.
