No quest outpost

I recently started playing dragon story again and im now level 10, so i got the "venture into the vulcanic" challenge and it says to go to the quest outpost but when i do it takes me to the storesection "buildings" and its not there. Am i missing something or is something wrong? How do i fix it?

The Quest Outpost is a structure that is part of your island. It's located in the top/middle of the entire island - just to the left of the floating battle arena. You have to be at level 11+ in order to have access to it. In the mean time, here's a pic of it:
