Restaurant disappeared with iOS 10 update

I down loaded the new IOS 10 then clicked on RS. It told me to log into gamecenter. I clicked ok then when my RS opened up my Restaurant was gone. It started me from the beginning. My years of decorations bought with gems are gone.
How can I get it back?

:D Since you logged into Game Center, your Restaurant is now a Game Center account. Just log back into Game Center and restart the app. You may need to complete the tutorial once more.

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart the game.

i updated my phone today to iOS 10 and found out that the Game Center no longer exists as a stand alone application. i read something about being able to send requests through the messenger but it said nothing about linking up the games. what is weird to me is i also play Fashion Story but none of my progress was lost in that game at all. I downloaded Restaurant Story 2 because there's a login option and thought if i loaded that first, deleted Restaurant Story (original) then reinstalled, it may sync up, but it has not. i got a message from the support team telling me to login to the game center. i can't, it doesn't exist. so now i have no clue what to do.

I lost mine as we'll because I asked support to fix the login on android it worked for a few moths then nothing? They told me it would not work because of Game Center. And now I don't have my iPad game. So much for support. Team lava has ruined farm and restaurant by going to the new 2's I don't like the new ones at all and now I have nothing. Looks like I need to start looking for I different developer and hope they treat their gamers better. 100's of $ gone wasted on this developer what a shame......

How do you get your game back on android? Can't log into game center from there. I've written support several times about this. My Restaurant isn't connected to my account, it's as if it detached itself from my profile and I can only access it on an iOS device with game center.

You will need Support to help for recovery on Android device. Please continue to work with Support on your ticket.

THANK YOU! I got back my Restaurant! It's been how many months since I lost it. Funny thing is I decided yesterday night to start a new one and sent requests to people. I was in Bakery Forums to invite more neighbors for expansion. Then just today, I went to check RS and post invites when I saw this post. Glad I did check here and do your instruction but not in full hopes that I could get it back.....and then I got it back! Imover the moon and told hubby that I got my game back, lol....he was happy to know :)

Logged in to my game after the update too and it was there then the screen went black and my whole game disappeared. I've been playing since the game started and I'm very upset and pretty angry about this. I have logged in and out of Game Center and nothing is working. Is there any way to get my game back its been years literally and many dollars spent on gems.

The game started up and loaded my game about 2 seconds a then the screen flashed and the game went literally all the way back to the beginning as if I were playing for the first time. I am logged in to my Game Center account, bakery story and farm story are totally fine. It's just RS that is messed up.

Ok I need HELP! I just got a iphone 7 (had an iphone 6) backed it up and went to my restaurant. It was started over so I thought I had to go through the original prompts and then after that click sign in. So then I learn there is no sign in button. I go to this forum and I read what you all have posted. I've clicked on my gamecenter and it says that it is linked back with my account BUT when I go to the restaurant story game it didn't link my existing game. It is still the brand new game. I don't know what is going on.

Have you tried using the Login feature to transfer your Storm8 ID and all Storm8 games over to your new device? On your new device, stay logged unto your Game Center and use the Login feature. You should be able to recover your game.

Since Restaurant Story does not have the login feature, you will need to use any game (Bakery Story) listed on Post 1 of the Login Feature thread instead. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the New Logon on Feature (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?59955-iOS-New-Login-feature-in-Restaurant-Story!-(login-applies-to-all-games)&p=759602&viewfull=1#post759602) thread.

If you have issues transferring your games, you can contact Storm8 Support: https://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and they can transfer your games.

I contacted Storm8 support by emailed and they guided me through the steps of transferring over my restaurant and it worked!

I just had this scenario. First time ever playing Restaurant Story on my iPhone 5. I have been playing only on my iPad Pro and it has a different Apple ID

iPhone5 with Game Center logged in and its own Apple id. I got a prompt to turn on Notifications and it appears to have decided to attach itself to Game Center during that time.

iPad Pro with a different Apple id then the iPhone and with Game Center turned off it now has my game back to begining.

How do I get my game out of Game Center on my iPhone 5 and restored back to my iPad Pro? Is there anyway to do this without turning Game Center on? Do not want Game Center to inhale another game into its dark evil vortex

Since you have 2 Storm8 accounts on 2 different Apple IDs, on the device which you want to play on, make sure you are logged on to the Game Centre with the correct Apple ID before you start the game and then use the New Logon on Feature (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?59955-iOS-New-Login-feature-in-Restaurant-Story!-(login-applies-to-all-games)&p=759602&viewfull=1#post759602) to transfer your game unto it.

You missed my comment. I want my game back without turning Game Center on. Why was this allowed to happen? To be honest the rest of my games are ok. I will just forget I ever heard of RS.

No I didn't. I am checking with them if it's possible to detach the game from Game Center. My above reply was to help you get back into the game while I wait for the answer. Hope this clarifies. :)
