Unable to load community

Since yesterday I've got this error message trying to load the community list:

Is there a server issue going on? Anyone else have this? The neighbor list works fine.

Can you guys try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that will fix the Community list?

I did check and I have the same issue in my game and reinstalling did not help .
I have reported this over.
