So I played cluedo bingo to level 25 to get 7 gems as a reward. I got to level 25, switched back to castle story where I had 31 gems, got the message about "collect from any coin building", collected from a library, got 7 gems so I had 38.
Suddenly there was a game reload and I was down to 31 gems again. The library was still collected from, the task about "reach level 25 in cluedo bingo" was gone and in cluedo bingo I am still at level 25.
I closed both games, opened castle story again, still 31 gems instead of 38.
Since I think this has happened before to me I would like to know if anybody else has experienced this?
