problem in ice age isle?!

I have a problem, in my habbit blizzard it 3 dragon live (sparkler, snowfall and nymph dragon) l can't move or sell..!
and i can't hatch my polar becuse not have any place in habbit?! :(
what can i do?

Won't help. I've got a dragon from the main isles in an Artic isle habitat on two of my accounts. My guardian Angel dragon is in the blustering blizzard habitat. After a week I got this response from them: "This is a known issue which our engineers are currently working to resolve as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience while we work on this matter, and please look for future updates of this app to correct the problem."

I'd rather have at least a time frame! My mom has had it happening on her account for about a year or more.
