I got the game to stop crashing for a minute, battled, and got a school supply. So it's there! Just won't stop crashing long enough for me to see if it shows up on battle arena now.

Yes, moved to sd card, reinstalled, force stop, etc etc etc...and only steady version for buying habitats, mining, battling..Halloween. ..no longer supported!

So, this guy might be there...I can't see it yet! Good luck all trying

Is anyone else noticing that regular, non-tournament, battles are getting increasingly more difficult? In the last two days or so, I've had particular trouble with a Genie 14 and now a Kitsune 14. Even using level 14 champs or level 15 Diamond/Hybrids aren't working. It's really weird :confused:

Yes only good version and we can't use it anymore.... 31 crashes before I was able to buy a habitat that stays...😠
Good point about the crashes is with the battles!!!
If I loose a battle, I don't heal! Close the battlefield asap, and buy a habitat! Game crashes, after restarting the game, I have a new change to win the same battle most of the times... 😂

It was released on September 6th and usually sticks around for about a month or 5 weeks. Mods please correct me if I'm mistaken :)

As Amerirish noted, 4 -5 weeks is a good time estimate. 27 out of 31 previous Arena dragons fell within this timeframe. 3 lasted longer and 1 was shorter (25 days).

Yes I noticed about 3to 4 weeks ago, opponent are a higher level than they were before and more difficult to win ....... I seem to be finding the the colour coding is much more important to win and magic has more of its place .....

No, not particularly. Got Teacher in the spell shop just before the tournament, Fire lvl 15 won about 90% of the battles.
Will have 60 school supplies after the tournament, maybe I'll craft a second. Not that I need any, but large onyx's are pretty hard to get. So maybe.

Does Storm8 always give a warning before removing these crafting dragons? I mean, I've got 80 pieces for the Teacher Dragon but because of crafting for the Tales it is not a good time right now for crafting this dragon. But I also don't wanna risk being to late for it...

Yes, S8 gives us notice on an Update Day that the dragon will expire on the following Update Day. So when all the new pop ups appear on Tuesdays and Fridays, keep an eye out for one that warns the crafting dragons ends on the following Update Day.

Tournament helps a lot in collecting these pieces, since quite a few of the earlier battles are against low level dragons and those are easy to win

I wish there were some pink dragons in the battle crafting. It is taking ages to breed, evolve and trade virtue dragons to get each little pink stone.

There was neither a pop up notice, nor a "limited time" note below the dragon picture, as usual, inside the spell shop.
I was only 2 rounds away from collecting the needed 80 parts (for a second time) and they didn't inform us that the dragon is expiring.
I could easily spend some gold to speed up the rounds, but we didn't know that they will replace the dragon.
I feel extremely angry about it right now!!! :mad:

No warning is supremely stupid, though. Because now you can't even coax your customers into spending gems for the missing parts to hurry up and craft before expiration. Not a smart move. Just another way to stick it to the customers. It hurts them and us. It's like cutting off your nose to spite your face. They need to fix that. Or at least address it. Zero warning feels like a mistake on someone's part at S8.

Look, I couldn't agree with you more but these new norms do not benefit the player, I understand that Storm8 is a business and needs to make money but I think our needs as consumers have to be addressed as well.

We are all human, humans make mistakes, programmers are human, hence they make mistakes, even Chefs like me make mistakes but ours can be lethal, this is a game!

Lethal is the wrong word, fatal would be better with a person who has food allergies.
