I need neighbours for maps

Hi I cannot expand because I need a map, but I don't have any neighbours to send me one.

I have visited other players but don't see any option to add them as neighbours, how can I add neighbours?

As Roguebee posted, you can add your ID and find others looking for neighbors in the Add Me Forum.
