Soccer counter available on iphone but not on andriod?

Hi,

My friend was able to see the soccer counter available on sale for 5gems but not me. The only difference i notice -- she is an iphone user while i am on andriod.

May i know is this a bug or intentional? Thanks!

Although this month's update was unusual, typically when Android gets a new version released, the update content for that week is only available if you download that version. So it was with the June 2014 soccer update. If you weren't playing then, you didn't ever open that version, so you're missing:
