I lost at the beginning many gems, so I thought i can make a new bakery but how? Pls comment fast ;)

You can't. The game is tied to your device/ TL servers. You can only start another game if you have another device. Sorry.

Your bakery will be fine regardless of whether you wasted gold or gems at the onset. I did the same and am now thriving. Sometimes the best lessons learned are the ones that you can't simply do over. On the bright side, I was better equipped to handle my farm and restaurant thriftily in the beginning after that experience.
