My iPad crashed and died. Help me please?

When my iPad died I lost all my data for my dragon story. I don't wish to start over after playing this game for many years. Support is saying that I have not given them enough info to return my accounts (castle story and dragon story). Please if you could tell me what I named my dragon story land (I think it might me DragonzDen? But I am not sure) or anything else that might help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Don't worry, once this is sorted out, you'll be able to recover Dragon Story plus your games under this account. Hope you'll recover your games soon. :)
