How do you accumulate floral bouquets in this game?

when u buy wall paper & i think wall deco also then they randomly drop like the other collectibles but they seem 2 be harder 2 come by...iv been playing almost a year im level 99 & iv only got them 2 times & i play every day & every goal...good luck...hagn

I'm level 99 too, and have played 14 months. I've only completed the floral bouquet collection one time. I redecorate frequently, so it's frustrating!
