Installing advice in other games

Hallo
In Dragon Story and Fantasy Story I was told to install Hungry Babies Mania.
I did so.
In Dragon Story I got the next advice to level until 16.
In Fantasy Story I should reach Level 61.
I wondered if it is a mistake: 61 instead of 16. (?)

I played until 16 - in Dragon Story I got the next advice to reach Level 31 I guess.
But in Fantasy Story I have still to reach level 61. Isn't this a mistake? After installing to reach Level 61?

I hope this is the correct Forum for my question.
