Finished the quest but no genie

When I finished the quest at 8000 desert jewels I got a message saying the genie was in storage but it's not. Can you help, please? Thanks.

From the first post on page 1 of the Desert Night Event:

Once you get Zabrina, she does not go in inventory, she goes directly to your board and is a floating character.

So check your game board. You may need to put your game in Edit mode to find her easier.
