Crafted Garnet Trinket twice and not received

I have crafted the garnet trinket twice now and still have not received it. I just get the life tree trinket again. This time I took pictures but did not think to take a picture when I had the garnet and the trinket in my magic forge before I crafted it. I have received two garnets from the adventure to mount despair. I am in the midst of the adventure again. Please tell me what is happening here. Please note that in the first pic it shows at the bottom of the screen that I am now crafting the garnet trinket.
