Have you tried the usual fixes? I.e. force closing the app and restarting, uninstall - reinstall.
If those don't work I'd say contact S8 support.

I've tried everything but uninstall etc. but reluctant tomboy down that route!

Make sure you have set up a storm ID and password for your game.

You can uninstall and reinstall without losing any progress.

If this does not fix the issue, please let me know.

Hi kooky, I have reinstalled the game, but the blue surround is still on the swimmer dragon, any ideas please?
