I doubt it's a glitch. i really don't get it, why do you all like to slap android users right across the face every other day it seems anymore? Fountain of youth works in FFS for android, but not here...second temple is IoS only...album is IoS only...Arctic Isles is IoS only...the temple and isles wouldn't be such an insult, except when leaderboards come, they COUNT toward points, which makes it so much harder for droid users, not only because some folks start off on android then go back to their IoS device, but also because it's much harder to earn points in general...and this is a great deal that I would probably buy if it were available, even though I already have a valiant. Gah, sorry, it's building up and building up, and it's really really not right.

Edit...If it turns out I just got upset over nothing, I apologize and will remove this post as soon as it's confirmed i was wrong, lol. But it's not showing up on my game either, and, unless they released a brand new dlc pack or whatever on the play store, I am up to date.

That Valiant pack is the best deal I recall seeing in this game but players literally can't buy it if it doesn't appear to them. I don't see the logic behind placing an offer for an ugly clockwork I already have instead of a hard to get Valiant + 500 gold for a much lower price.

It may have something to do with your level, in addition to your device. I play 3 accts on 3 different devices, 2 accts are lvl 47 & other is 63. The 47's always get the same offers, which are different from what I get on the lvl 63 acct. The free food offer to watch videos doesn't show on my original iPad, it has trouble loading on my old iPhone 4, but loads on my iPhone 4s. None of my offers is the aforementioned one. The gold sales do not offer evenly across devices or accounts. Prices for dragons/habitats are different.

Can see why you would be! I have several games and also had a peek at my sons games and they do not have this offer. THe odds of getting this can't be that great as between the four is us we have 10 games and 1 received it!

Yes. Breeds and battles exactly the same. Only difference imo, Infinity looks way cooler at lvl 15 whereas diamond looks like a flying ponny!!

Normally, I never criticize S8 on the forum, but this whole cirkuss with the valliant-valuepack is such a mess that it ain't funny anymore. This would have been THE best value-pack ever offered on DS. Even a die-hard non-spender like me would buy this one. I can guess there are many players out there like me who normally never spend real money but would have given this pack a serious 2nd thought. My personal theori is that someone messed it up big time up there. This whole pack was very fishy to start with...too good to be true ...and then if I remember correct, value-packs have never been advertised before their releases....amd what's with offer for 49 days??..And the big question is why on earth they will offer it to a few players? Others may have different experiences but I believe or I would like to believe it is how we train them. My Fire sucks in battle but others are awesome! Would I buy it probably not if I had a Diamond, breed with Fire for Crusader and then breed Diamond and Crusader that's if you have time. Crusader can take a while, have heard up to 150 try's but not a long time with 10 second fails, same with Crusader and Diamond for Infinity or you have the possibility of Diamond as a fail.
It just depends on how and what you want to do and play the game.

The reason I'm asking is because I remember reading on the forums some years ago about Infinity not being breed-able/can't use it to breed or something like that and that you can only buy it directly and have it for decoration with no real purpose. I did not know about this pack and came to know only last night. When the game reset on Friday , I had the infinity pack ... And as I have been trying to breed both diamond and infinity for almost a year without any luck I went ahead and bought the pack .
But it seems very unfair to offer 1 pack to some players and others getting another one as a bonus.
Please S8 give all players an equal chance to buy or refuse an offer.
By doing such things you are only going to lose players.

Another thing... Is this random selection based on your standing in the leaderboard ... Or may be region. I am at a loss to figure this out.

I had the offer for a few hours when it came out. I'm on android. I already have valiant so I didn't care as much as those who don't have him. I did try buying it anyway just to see if it would let me. It would not. I thought there may be a limit of one on him. It's odd that someone else who already has him was able to buy another one. The next day the offer changed to the infinity one. I just assumed it changed because I already own him especially when it wouldn't let me buy a second. Who knows what is happening here. At least an equal offer with infinity would be nice as in if they just swapped out valiant and put in infinity and left everything else the same. Although the infinity offer is cheaper so maybe they thought that made it equal.

I bought the Shaman pack even though I thought the price was too high. It was a one time thing for my birthday. He was my first and only Champion (until Stalwart), and he's my favorite Champ. But, ever since making that purchase, all I get are offers of $15 for one dragon and some apples (which have no real monetary value). It's like since I spent $15 once, they think I'll keep doing it. Fish on the line. Nope. No way! That's waaay too much real money for one dragon, imho. If the offers included gold, it would be a different story. I bought $7 worth of gold last week to use to speed breed during the free boosted breeding, and it looks like that will be my last S8 purchase, ever.

I play several games on my iPad and I make regular purchases in those other games. DS and a couple otjer S8 games are unique in that they don't include some in-app currency in the sale offers. They'd probably make a lot more money if they used dragons as bonus items or 'free gifts' included with a purchase of gold: $15 for 300 gold + Infinity? Sure! $15 for Infinity + 3 bites worth of apples? Nope.

Why is it hard to offer the same to all????? Seems in a game, especially one where players compete against each other, TL's favorite event aka LEADERBOARDS, that you would desire to promote a sense of fairness and equality amongst all your players. That is if you gave a rip.

If a player has the pack, they received it genuinely as part of the offer. Mods are normal players with normal accounts. They don't have any special access to offers or features.

Forum staff and Support staff don't have the ability to turn off/on offers or features for any specific account.
