New factory to make parts

Think it would nice to have a factory where maybe once a day we could make any one part for expanding or upgrading pantry. At least then I'd know I will get at least one crate every day.

How about a factory to take our excess upgrade parts and make them into missing upgrade parts?

Say 2 bricks + 2 hammers = 1 hard hat or similar
