I contacted customer support two days ago and have not heard anything regarding the 1000 gold I lost because the game froze with all the pop ups and I kept trying to keep the screen on my phone lit. Ended up purchasing 200,000+ food that I don't need since I had over 900k. These gold traps are ridiculous and are making me lean towards quitting the game.
