City disappeared

I played this morning, this evening I opened the game and my city was gone. I can signin with Facebook, but still no city. I was level 13 or 15 I think. I noticed that my Google play games wasn't signed into. I press that button and it just cycles while saying "loading". I enjoy the game but I don't want to rebuild if this is going to happen again.

Have you changed any game centre settings? Might be worth logging in again and reinstalling. Your game progress is saved on S8 servers, so you don't need to start the game again.
