How come fancy condos does not appear in the list of items I can build. I'm already level 50.

The Fancy Condos are in one of the boxes that cost 24gems. Not sure if it is available anymore, and just a reminder the boxes are like a grab bag type thing - you never know what you are gonna get.

City Story has City Cash, not Gems.
