extra gems never showed up

have purchased 2 chunks of the 530 gems was supposed to get an extra 49 with each.. the extra 98 gems have never shown up?

I think you misunderstood. If you got 530 gems with each purchase, you got the 49 gems free. The 49 is not on top of the 530. It is included in the 530. They are a bit confusing. They are comparing what you would have gotten for the cheapest purchase of gems and based on purchasing that multiple times, receiving 530 gems represents getting 49 gems free.

If $4.99 gets you 120 gems then 4 times that amount would give you 480 gems for $20. But you are getting 530 gems. That's 50 more then buying 4 of the 120 gem package. It is confusing and perhaps false advertising but they are not giving you 49 gems in addition to the 530 in the package. It is not worded right. It should say like getting 49 free
