How do you build the boardwalk?

I clicked on the boardwalk, and a timer started...but I don't know what to do next. What should I do? Thx!

Hey there! Your Boardwalk is getting rebuilt right now. At the end of the timer, you'll be able to start winning tickets to get Landmarks! :)
