Recovering progress when switching tablet

My mother got a new tablet, and is trying to load her games. (both tablets are Android.) There's no place to enter her Storm8 ID to get her progress that I can see. Is there something I'm missing?

You need to instal a game that has a login feature and then the game will transfer itself over once you login.

Make sure you force close your game on the 1st device to avoid sync errors. Should take a few minutes to do yourself. Good luck! :)

Thanks. Now she can't remember her Storm8 password, and gets an "email not found" error when she tries to re-set. Ah the joy of technology...

Support can help her to reset her password as long as she has her Storm8 ID. She'll need to send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can assist her. Once she has her password, she can transfer the games on her own or ask the Agent to help her to.
