Tickets from Boardwalk

Have just started playing this game and have filled my first order at the boardwalk. Two balloons came up, picked one and then the game reloaded and I don't know if I won anything. I don't appear to have any tickets. Can you help

Oh dear, sorry to hear that. Did you remember how many tickets you had previously? If so, you can check your current number of tickets by clicking on the Cash Register icon and your Landmarks tab. If you arent sure, you can send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can help you to check and assist you further.
