Just a thought...
I've got a full set of sonic ovens. I'm thinking about switching to forever ovens. That's a ton more cash to put down, however, which is deterring me.
It would be nice if, once you've outlaid a heavy gem investment, you could swap out the item for one of a similar type and cost. I'm not suggesting the ability to cash in any old gem item for any old item, however - simply items of the same type and cost, e.g. tables, chairs, ovens, etc. The cost is already sunk on my part, so it would simply give me the option of what I want to do with the money that I've already plunked down. I wouldn't be getting more items overall - I'd have to give up one in order to gain another.
Although I do realize that would produce less revenue, so I'm not sure that it's a workable idea. Would be extremely nice from a customer perspective, though.
