why cant we get ingredient sales like they do in bakery and resturant story 2

in restaurant story 2 and bakery story 2 if a goal is too hard thell have ingredient sales for 1-3.99 why don't they do it for castle story ? I'm sure people would pay for some of the items in the current prize quest .....
