Hi I bought the pack on sale, got my gems and coins and placed the carousel over near my town hall and it has gone! Can you help? I have force closed the game already and restarted iPad

Mine did exactly the same. Furious as not only has it prevented me from upgrading the town hall over night but when we put real money into these things we should get what was promised. I'm certainly not doing that again!
(Oh and I did check by reinstalling the game too)

Mine and my hubby's did the same....would appreciate a refund if you can't iron

out the bugs before you market your product.

Hey guys, very sorry to hear this. :( Just to make sure, can you help to check under both the Civic Buildings tab and your storage in case the naughty runaway carousel is there? Please let me know if it isn't. Thank you.

Storage checked. Civic buildings checked. Carousel is still missing.

Storage checked and is empty. Do you mean the tab to buy civic buildings? It is available to purchase again for gems

Thank you Everyone for your updates and confirmation. I have already reported this in for the team to check. For now, I wouldnt send you to Support. Let's wait for further news from the team when they get online later. If you havent emailed to Support, kindly hold that off till we hear from the team. It's fine if you have already done so.

My Carousel also went proof when I ok to place it after I took it out of storage.

Count me in as well. Bought the package and placed the carousel, game refreshed and it disappeared. I sent an email last night to support, will wait for a reply.

Hi!

I don't know if others have had this issue. I purchased the starter pack about 7 hours and received my receipt from Apple. However, I did not receive any of the items (gems, coins, or carousel). I did check my storage for the carousel, too. I've
force-closed my game several times. I finally sent an email to Storm8 support. I hope that it gets sorted out.

Just want to post this in case this happens to others.

Sorry to hear that! Someone will get to your ticket soon and help you resolve this. In the meantime, make sure you have a screenshot as well as your Support ID in the email so they may assist you faster. :)

Thanks for your advice. I sent them a copy of my receipt,,too. Hopefully, it will not be too long before it is resolved.
