Game won't load

My Bingo rooms all say "loading" but never load. The tournament room is running ok. I tried deleting and reinstalling and I still have the problem. I'm on an iPhone 5S running 9.3.2.

Sorry to hear that! Can you try leaving the game on for a while with the device on to see if it will download? We suggest also making sure to have a strong internet connection so that the images can be downloaded. Please let us know if that helps!
