Speed up cooking with ads?

My sister somehow managed to speed up 3-4 recipes by watching ads, even completing something that was 8 hours in less than 10 minutes. I don't have this option, how do I get it??

Are you on an Apple ios device? If your playing on an android device you won't get the option at all.

As deekathleen mentioned, this isn't available to Android devices. It goes out to random players if you're using iOS device.
