Since the arrival of Dragon Story Sun and Moon, should I delete the old Dragon Story?? Since I now have two versions on my phone???

You can delete any seasonal version . I would advise keeping the original version of the game so you will know when it gets updated.

In my experience, iOS rarely gets seasonal versions of any S8 game. A few major ones here and there, like for Christmas, but by and large, where there are sometimes nearly weekly "seasonal" versions of a particular S8 game on Android, iOS gets one maybe 2 times a year. And maybe sometimes they will have an update on the main game that seemingly simply changes the splash screen.
