Game transfer iOS to Android

Hi
can anyone advise please, I have changed phones from iOS to Android and cant get Restaurant story to transfer
Have tried as per the support instructions but no data from my original game comes over
I just have a new version of the game on level 2 plus my old version on old phone on level 99 !!
Tried creating new game account on new phone then logging into old game ID but nothing happens
Please help

Sorry to hear that. Are you referring to Restaurant Story 1 cos this is Restaurant Story 2 forum. Please revert back to the last email you had from Support and let the Agent know that you are still having issues. Thanks.
