Quest: A Fresh Start (June 2016)- Stamp Collecting

You will need to be Level 25 to earn Stamps from the Cruise.

Lani's Farm Fresh Stand is a new feature in-game where users can earn Stamps to order specialty, high-quality ingredients from a local farmer. Lani will accept these Stamps in exchange for ingredients from her farm that can be used in new recipes in-game. This is a new feature that will remain in-game and users will continue to receive opportunities to earn Stamps.

Stamps are awarded from special events and other Goals, and iOS users will also be able to earn Bronze Stamps from Daily Goals. Users will be able to see which Goals will award these items, for example in the Daily Goals the stamp is show in the Goal window, and the Stamps that are awarded as prizes from the current Event display on the main Cruise Event window. There are Bronze, Silver, and Gold Stamps, and some of the Stamps will be harder to earn than others.

This update is permanent, and gives us 10 new recipes, along with the Farm Fresh Stand. By following the main goal lines listed down below, you can get different stamps which you can use to order special ingredients like Duck Eggs, Turbinado Sugar and European Butter. When you order an ingredient, you get Recipe Cards, which can be used to unlock the recipes that came with this event.

Bronze stamps are from daily quests or rewards from the quest line attached to the Fresh Farm Stand.
Silver stamps are awarded from some special quests and events.
Gold stamps can only be gained from cruises and limited events.

You get stamps as prizes for some days in the cruise. So they are related events.

Yeah this isn't very straightforward other than blindly doing the quests.

It feels like this might be permanent and we can do these 12 recipes at our leisure. Looks like there are daily quests.

Could a mod confirm? It would be cool to know that if we press ahead on the cruise we won't miss out on something time limited/important.

The things in this event don't have timers, nor does the quest. I am pretty sure it's not limited time. However, I did get a daily quest today which gives me a stamp. It's nice to be level 60 and get daily quests again.

Make breading
Serve onion rings (1)
Serve pink lemonade (1?)
Rewards: Bronze stamp +1

The seasonal store is actually the storage where all the items we collect from our special visitors are kept. To check your seasonal store, you tap on the pantry then tap the red ribbon with the yellow star.

Currant crusted turkey requires chicken too. Also, they spelled currant as current. Blackened Jack Fish also uses salmon...

Awww, sad you didnt have the fryer. Oh dear, your cruise may ask for those fryer recipes too. I used quickserves to meet the 4 hours dateline.

So far, I have received 5, 10, 15, and 20 recipes by using the Fresh Farm Stand. You don't seem to get more in proportion to the level of stamp. I received 5 and 10 stamps from a silver, and 10, 15, and 20 from bronze. Let me know if anyone gets more than 20 recipes from stamps.

Edit: So this is new I got 3 sugars, 3 eggs, and 15 recipes from a silver stamp!

I've only just started but from what I understand for that part of the quest Turbinado Sugar would be the premium parcel, so you need to finish day one of the cruise and use a silver stamp to make the Sugar.

No. You have to do day 1 for a silver stamp. You also have to do day 6 or 8 for a gold. That is the ONLY way to get gold stamps, from events.

I have mastered Lucky Pie to the first star and got a mastery spice and xP-points as usual :)

I definitely think that this is a permanent update to the game. There is 10 new recipes and a special box where we get our special ingredients to the new recipes. Feels very similar to the Secret Bakers Club from BS2. But I like the concept, so it doesn't matter. So glad that the developers have listened!

Im going to say yes, BUT, you will have to wait until next event or cruise to do it. Since i think it is a permanent thing it did say get silver and gold by doing events and cruises. So i will take longer then others doing this cruise but you can finish it

When cruise ends a new event starts so it will be possible but keeps you playing events to earn them

This is an ongoing game goal so like Rainstorms45 mentioned, there will always be cruises to earn them. I'm seeing them as rewards in my daily goals too. So keep going. :)

I am unable to make any of the side goals due to full counters, without spending a ton of gems to clear. Running a cruise and new high amount dishes is causing havoc in my cooking flow. Just wanted to make others aware to keep an eye on their counter space or you'll get stuck like me

I am unable to make any of the side goals due to full counters, without spending a ton of gems to clear. Running a cruise and new high amount dishes is causing havoc in my cooking flow. Just wanted to make others aware to keep an eye on their counter space or you'll get stuck like me

You can empty your counters by clicking on your counter and when the image shows you how many orders you have at the bottom there is a little trash can. If you click the trash can you can dump the counter but you will not get any money.

On the cruise I did get my stamp and I see stamps rewards on day 6 and 8 (gold stamps).

Sorry, I don't pay attention as well as I should. I think I've opened up a couple of recipes which take up a couple of counters that I had open and waiting for the cruise to start. I'm doing all the goals as they pop up including daily goals and cruise. That's how I'm getting recipe cards. At this very moment I'm at a stand still due to no more stamps and full counters. Once two counters clear I can collect blt sandwiches and strawberry shortcake for my daily goal and get another stamp to move forward.

Thank you for the reminder. Unfortunately I don't want to do that. My counters are stacked with up to 30,000 + of some dishes and don't want to lose out. Even the new recipes are around 1000. Trashing will give me a heart attack! Lol. I think I'll just turn all my chairs around and let the customers eat me clean, then store some of the counters to save for emergency

Every day a daily goal pops up and expires in 22/24 hours. Has a blue tag that says "featured" and "daily" goal. If you get it done it rewards you various rewards such as 10,000 coins or 5 gems or 2 nails etc. I usually ignore them because they pop up when I'm asleep and by the time I wake up I only have a few hours to work on them and they're usually outrageous requirements such as serve 3 ginger snaps and 3 cream brulee and something else on the one stove. Nearly impossible to finish In time and that's if you already have enough vanilla and ginger.

Have to add that today's daily goal was actually doable...I'm just waiting for counter tops to clear to get the reward

This is a waiting and encouraging to play future events type of quest line.

Please read page 1 to see if your question is answered first. We have a ton of people spamming up how to get stamps when that information is on page 1. Same with recipes.


On a side note, what level were you that you got a silver stamp on day 1 of the cruise. I got 1 bronze stamp, and others got 2.

I hate the random drops in this game, leaving some players way behind when they've done nothing different than anyone else. Why can't they just make the recipe card drops a set amount for each stamp!! My "random drop" seems to be 5 every time and if I did my math right we need a total of 1000 recipe cards to unlock all recipes. So at this rate I will need 200 stamps to get all the cards!!

You earn cards by making the duck eggs, turbinado sugar and gold butter. Unfortunately you need stamps to do that and the only way to earn stamps is either getting them at certain steps in the cruises or certain random and daily pop up goals. It looks like this is suppose to be a very slow, long, over time event. It may take months to finish

How do you get these stamps other than spending diamonds for them? I recieved 1 from cruise day 1, which helped me complete a goal which gave me a silver stamp. Now i.need a gold stamp but see no way of getting one other than paying 60 diamonds for it. The cruise will give me 1 on day 6. The stand only gives about 5-10 recipe cards. Some of the dishes take 50 to 200 stamps. This seems impossible. The dishes i have learned are timed. I Cant cook some of those because, again, i cant earn recipe cards, because there's no way to earn stamps. What is going on.

So you had a gold stamp from powering through the cruise to day 6 or 8? You can't buy gold stamps with gems and have it count toward the quest if that's the way you went to get your gold stamp. It will only accept a gold stamp you earned from the cruise to let you continue with the quest. This could be a bug though. Mod should check for you.

To be honest I don't remember how I got it but I remember making the gold butter and I have it in my inventory and its checked marked in the goal BUT the goal won't complete. The goal still wants me to make another butter. But I don't have any more gold stamps.

What day is your cruise on? The only way to get a gold stamp is to pay 60 gems for it, or through an event. Is the having a gold stamp part checked off too? I'm just trying to figure out what is and isn't check off for your quest, clearing the cook part of the butter is still needed. Sounds like S8 didn't test it well because the farm fresh stand was giving 3 of an item and sometimes 3 eggs and 3 sugars both from cooking with the silver stamp. They ninja fixed it though as I am now only receiving 1 item per cook.

yesterday I got 3 eggs and 3 sugars from a silver stamp. That's pretty awesome getting a butter from a silver stamp though! Maybe that is the issue people are having with their quest go for the gold 2/2. They have a butter but never had a stamp and didn't cook the butter, so it looks like a bug. Or it could just be a bug. Waiting on more info from those two who have problems with it.

If I have to use a gold stamp, I'll not have one for the quest that needs them. And the only recipe I've learned is the one for the quest. Gonna be a vicious cycle...:/

This isn't supposed to be an "easy" quest. So you aren't doing anything wrong.

This quest is about playing every day for the daily quest which gives one bronze stamp. It's about looking forward to new events/quests that reward silver stamps, and cruises which reward all three types but specifically gold stamps.

Think of it as a lesson in patience. Also a way to get players to play every day for stamps and to get excited about new events.

I understand being frustrated with games, happens to me a lot! But this isn't one of those times.

The stamps are obtainable through the daily goal. Using the stamp gets you recipe cards. Then you can make the new recipes. It's not a quick goal, it's long term. My daily goals rarely offered gems, usually only building supplies and sometimes quick serves. I do them if it's feasible, if not then it's no big deal. It's very easy to ignore events in these games and focus on the aspects you do like. I did the first day of the cruise but nothing else. So no gold stamps for me this time. There will be another chance to get them and hopefully then I will have the time to devote to it. In the meantime I make lots of lucky pies, which is the only recipe I've learned so far. :)

Can you get more than one type of or quantity of an ingredient every time you submit a stamp to give you an ingredient? When I first submitted a Silver Stamp to get Turbunado Sugar, I got 2 once the wait was over. Second time I did it, I got 1 Turbunado Sugar and 3 Duck Eggs.

I'm officially ticked off with this quest/update!! I just gave my gold stamp from day six of the cruise to the farm stand and received only 20 cards for it, bringing my total recipe cards to 40. I need 100 just to unlock the next recipe lol whatever.

Yes. I got 3 butters and 3 sugars off a silver, 1 of each off a gold, 3 eggs 3 sugars. It's actually really nice that it's more than 1 sometimes, as stamps only come around so often.

Unfortunately I didn't get that much recipes with my first gold stamp, I think I only got 50. Kinda disappointing since I had so much expectation of the gold stamp.

Thanks for reassuring me. I thought it was a bug, but now I know that it can happen. It is nice that we can get multiple ingredients for one stamp; makes collecting ingredients for the recipes easier.

I had the same goal twice for a bronze stamp: Veg Out (I think it's called) which is gather 6 tomatoes, serve 2 veggie sushi, make 1 veggie pizza. Is a quick and easy one!

Level 57, have done every daily goal and all the Lani goals that appear and all the cruise through current day and I only have 85 tickets so for those who think they're doing something wrong, you are not. It's just a long, very long slow goal.

FYI, I only got 25 tickets for my butter goal so those who got 100, high five to you! So very jelly! :-)

Sorry the daily goals arent available for Android members. :( You can earn more stamps from special events and other goals as advised by the team in Kooky's post. Sorry about this.

Thanks for the kind post fluffyjkitten. I really appreciated it. I realise I was overreacting. I was peed off, angry, wasn't having a good day and in a bad mood. It's also good to realise it's not just me. I'm not the only one! I wouldn't leave this game anyway. It's the only one I enjoy and I've tried loads of other games of various genres and none of them I liked except this. It's the only one I play but I adore this game. I apologise for the post. I am unable to make any of the side goals due to full counters, without spending a ton of gems to clear. Running a cruise and new high amount dishes is causing havoc in my cooking flow. Just wanted to make others aware to keep an eye on their counter space or you'll get stuck like me

You'll have to wait until the next event. I'm not sure why s8 doesn't have daily quests on android. It seems unfair in this case. However, it does make everyone get excited about upcoming events. There will be another event after the recipes for rainbow pancakes expire in about 5 days.

So far I have had 360 recipe cards - enough to unlock 7 out of the 12 new recipes. I guess I've been getting high drops?

Now that I have the quest, it's saying 0/1 for "Have 1 Gold Stamp" and 0/1 "Order European Butter from Lani" but the "Have 1 European Butter" item is checked off. Is there a way to have this fixed without having to spend 60 gems to buy another gold stamp or waiting for the next cruise/special event to earn another gold stamp?

There should be more quests soon as the cruise has completed, for you to earn more stamps. This feature is permanent so no need to use your gems to buy a stamp. Save it for other use. I'm still slowly progressing my way through.

Lol. You won't have to wait a couple months for a cruise. There is a cruise EVERY MONTH. Some months have two. It's ridiculous.

Literally since June 2015 there has been a cruise every month. March this year had 2 cruises. It won't be a long wait. Once this cowboy quest is over there will be a cruise. They do events like this: cruise ~ 2 weeks event ~ 2 weeks.

Bronze stamps are from daily quests. Silver stamps are awarded from some special quests and events. Gold stamps can only be gained from cruises and limited events. Read post 1 for more information.

I have played this game just about since it was released and had set a stupid goal of mastering all recipes lol. Having mastered all of them except these silly stamp recipes, I now wait patiently for a chance to earn stamps and this value pack just feels like they are just rubbing it my face. I don't want to buy them!! I want to earn them!!

Buying them gives others who would rather pay to play their option to buy them.

To me, it's not a good deal. $10 for 6 silver stamps, 10 bronze, and 80 cards isn't worth it as opposed to buying gems for another appliance. Just my opinion. That's like 10 days of questing, and a couple events or a cruise. I'm going to do those anyway, so I won't buy them.

I'd rather see another 50% off tools or appliances sale again.

I get how you feel about stamps being difficult to earn, but that's kind of the point of a longer quest. Being under 25 when it came out would be a huge complaint as you couldn't get stamps from the cruise. Other than that group of people, I think it's nice to have a slow going quest I don't have to fret about completing in a specfic period of time. It's relaxing since there are so many events going on all the time.

I do think they should address the daily quest thing being only for android. Cruises and other events have stamps as rewards. It isn't enough for android though. S8 please address this.

I really hate the way this stamps things are. I'll usually get the same 4 or 5 quests (99% of them are bronze ones), and I don't like doing them (so I usually don't). And the new recipes need LOTS of items to be cooked, I feel it's unbalanced.

As it is, I have no interest in that part of the game and just ignore it, but it's anoying to have so many new recipes I can't (won't) cook because ingredients are too hard to get (to my point of view and gaming style).
