Fairy Houses

I Can't build the fairie houses.
It says I'm at my limit on these structures but I don't have any.
What do I do?

If you read the first page of the main thread for this goal, you'll need to sell 2 town buildings since you are at the maximum limit on those. I sold 1 farmhouse & 1 cottage to be able to place them.
