Stolen Egg

I bread purple and yellow about 12 hours and got a pink/purple egg with a bit yellow. After a bug I came back and now I have a red/green egg!!??
I wrote a mail to support but I'm not sure if they understand me. Or is it normal that the answer is only blabla?
Sorry for mistakes, I'm german.
