Game reset to level 1.

This morning I went to check my game and it had reset to the beginning. I restarted the game, restarted my phone and reinstalled the game, but none of these things helped. I would like to know how to get back the game I have been working on.

Use another S8 game with a login feature. I use Fruit Splash Mania. Go to the Settings icon, Storm 8 Account Settings, and then login using your ID & password you used here.

If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the

If you are trading , selling or giving away your old device, I would advise sending an email to support@storm8.com and ask them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.

If you have issues transferring yourself, you can email support@storm8.com and they can transfer your games.

Well, I hadn't changed my device. All the Storm8 games I had just seemed to forget who I am. Meme's solution of installing Fruit Splash Mania worked though. Thanks Meme!
