Game Reloads When Watch Tower or Lantern Spire Added

I'm trying to complete the Bristly Grizzly event, but when I add a watch tower or latern spire to my village, the game reloads.

When i add walls and miniature towers it does the same thing too. Maybe try install and uninstall
