Faerie Feud

Hello
I have the Faerie Feud quest in which I have to build 2 faerie new buildings but it doesn't allow me. Comes out the message: you are at limit. Level up to build more structures of this type. These are new buildings, I don't have them and I'm a high level in the game. Can you please help.
