Cheshire Cat bug - charged gems after prize won

I completed the cruise day to win the Cheshire Cat and my decorations tab showed x1. However, when I placed it on the wall of my restaurant it charged me gems with the cat I won still in my inventory.

Has anyone else had this problem?
