I just won the Cheshire Cat from the Mad Hatter Cruise. I can't figure out how to place him in my restaurant. I've tried the floor, on table/counter tops and the wall -- but that darn cat doesn't want to hang out with me. Any and all help appreciated!:cool:

Never mind, just needed more room on the wall. Cat's pretty cool--tail twitches back 'n forth, and that smile...!��

Can you try dragging him to another part of your wall and then try to remove him? Just to make sure you have the correct item selected.

That seems to be the problem I can't make him do anything.....typical cat!! ;) I can tap and tap...and nothing.....grrrrr!!!

Hi, I'm still unable to put my Cheshire Cat away. Is there anyway to get this fixed? I like to update my decor with each event

Do you have a storage option when you click on the Cheshire Cat in Edit mode? What specific issue are you facing? Thanks.

There is no storage option. There has never been a storage option for me ever since I placed the cat. I saw someone else post the same thing during the event and I think it was Kooky who replied that they were working on the problem. Also joked that it was so like the Cheshire Cat to want to hang around. I thought I'd wait until the problem was fixed since kooky was already addressing the issue. However I am still unable to put him in storage.

My problem with sending an email to support is that the replies from support comes with a link to another place that requires a password to access the replies. We lost that password a zillion years ago. So I am unable to ever see the replies or respond or communicate with support [] So it's pointless for me to send an email and then never have access to the reply. In fact I had to stop playing bakery story 2 because I wasn't able to communicate with them to resolve that problem. So ended up deleting that game.

I guess I'm eternally stuck with the cat on my wall

I've reported the cat storage issue in. As for your other issue, since you couldn't communicate with Support, you can try to file a forum dispute (http://forums.storm8.com/forumdisplay.php?75-Forum-Disputes) thread and see if the Community Managers can help you on it. Hope it works out for you.

Hey guys, can you try the suggestions from the CM? Please let us know how it goes for you. :)

They have things underneath it that clips with their storage/sell option. They can tap on the cat to move the cat and reveal the options or move the object underneath the cat to reveal the options.

Try moving everything away from the wall where he is hanging,(even anything on the floor in front of him) then try to either move him or store him.

This item should be stored now in your Restaurant. In the future, try tapping below the Cheshire Cat to get him to respond and to be able to store him. :)
