How can I retrieve my old bakery from a new phone?

I have changed phones. How can I retrieve my bakery as I have re installed bakery story on my new phone and it's made me start from scratch ? If someone can assist me it will be much appreciated ! Thanks

I'm in the same situation... Just got a new iPhone but am having to start over with my bakery and restaurant. Is there a way to continue with my old ones on my new phone?

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
