I can't complete quest as there's no apprentice dragon in the market how do I find it?

You can acquire the Apprentice dragon by completing the first 2 chapters of the current Dragon Tales Event (First 3 chapters if you are level 15-40 & not available before level 15). After completing the required goals, the dragon will be in your storage under the "dragons" tab & you can hatch him from there. Good Luck!
