pineapple crop mastery question

I'm getting thee "full" 104 gems when i harvest them, but i only have 3 leaves, and no matter how many i plant it won't give me my fourth leaf... just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they did anything to solve it... thanks!

...and I never got my gnome either.  I reported it to support, but all I got back was a general reply that the issue would be forwarded to the engineering department. Of course, I never hear back from them, so don't have a clue if the problem has been fixed. Based on some posts from a couple of months ago, this has been an issue for months that Team Lava has chosen to ignore. I'm leery to waste my time trying for hat 4th leaf again, only to end up back at the same place.
