Do they even handle tickets anymore??

So I have a major problem with Bakery Story 2. I hit lvl 20 yesterday morning. After the pop-up for leveling cleared my coin count was 20,000 and I had 1 gem. Prior to leveling my coin count was over 300,000 and gem was 266 because I had just bought gems the day before. So I filled out a troubleshooting ticket.....yesterday morning. It STILL hasn't been assigned to anyone. My iPad is loaded with Storm8/TeamLava games. But if this is how they handle problems it may not be loaded with their games much longer.:mad:
